Thanks to a pronounced love of detail, we have been able to restore or bring to light many small and large design elements of the original building structure and give our property a new shine in recent years.

We rent our units on our own, the rental is generally free of commission. We maintain direct contact with our tenants from the moment of renting and in the existing tenancy. Our motto is “short distances – quick solutions”. In line with our long-standing tradition, our actions and efforts are shaped by sustainability and designed with foresight.
